NOTE: The HP ProLiant DL580 G7 does an inventory of the system configuration to determine what level of redundancy the power supply configuration supports based on some configuration assumptions. The level of redundancy will be reported during the system power on. For planning purposes you can use the Power Advisor (www.hp.com/go/proliant-energy-efficient or www.hp.com/go/hppoweradvisor) which is more accurate to determine the power requirements. Also, there is an RBSU override switch capability that allows the user to override the base setting if the Power Advisor indicates redundancy with their configuration.
